		"We were disappointed to discover after making our purchase that the item we ordered was on backorder, despite the fact that it was listed as available on the site. While the emails from their customer service department have been professional, they have not been very helpful. We are still not sure when the item we ordered will available. I would ask that in the future that they keep the availability of the items on their website updated. We have not yet cancelled our order, but we are considering doing so. Thank you."

Beyond that, my phone calls with customer service were great. I called two times and both times the people who waited on me were extremely friendly and helpful. Regardless of the time it took to recieve my product, I would order from you again. I appreciate that your company is partnered with my Amway Global business and my product was less expensive than if I had ordered from the original retail store (Victoria's Secret)."

		"0 stars! the worst store to order through, beware! I ordered 2 items in November to be sure they would be here by Christmas. I never got an email telling me they were on back order, I had to call. I called again in January when they were supposed to be here and they never showed up, and they said they just returned to stock and would ship in 1-3 days. Now i recieved an email saying my order was canceled because it was on backorder again. I called and they said they don't even know what date it will be available so they canceled it. I will never order from here again."
