I found this store because they listed a $50+ product for $17.25; but when you get to the site you find the product is on sale for $17.25 supposedly marked down from $22.43 BUT you also find "This product is no longer available" -- I doubt that it was ever available at either price."

		"Horrible customer service. I tried to cancel the order several times. I was told to try again the next day so that they could get my information in the database (even though I received a confirmation email). After a few attempts, I reached them just before the shipment was sent out. they tried to cancel the order but I still received a shipment confirmation. After the shipment confirmation, I called them back up and they said it was too late and they could not refund me. I called again the next day and requested to talk to their manager, she said they could refund me, but only for the item, not the shipping. The bummer about it all, is that it seemed no one was on the same page. I was promised several times to get it fixed before shipment. :o( I would appreciate it if they would refund us for the shipping. Thanks."

		"I was using an International Credit Card and had some problems with processing my order. I am currently living abroad, and have ordered the item to be shipped to my friend's address who was passing by the current country I live in. Unfortunately , when I received it, it was the wrong item, instead of the model ending with T,I received the model ending with C which is different than the item I wanted, this item is made has a metal heater while the model I wanted has a coating over the metal heater to protect the hair. Being distant , and my friend is not returning to the states anytime soon, I can do nothing , I have paid money and received the wrong item and can do nothing about it. I expected a more professional service and receiving the right item at the first time. "

		"I bought the 48 pack of soap for $50. I discovered, after the fact, that I could buy 8 bars of the same soap at Wal-Mart for $3. That's 48 bars for $18. The $50 spent here did not even include shipping, which was ridiculously high. I called customer service and got the standard (I don't know what to tell you) answer. My recommendation.....Don't walk away from here, RUN!!! Shop at Wal-Mart. Save money and a headache. What a rip-off!!!"
