"I ordered a child's large costume from this site, and when I received it I was sent a child's small. It even said on the invoice "shipping" send small not large". If I wanted a small I would have ordered a small. So I called the company, was told they had a large in stock and it would be sent out to me. I shipped the incorrect costume back and a week later I got a call that they received the small but unfortunately there were no large in stock. This was after I was told the large would be sent out. This wasted valuable time and an internet search showed that most everyone was out of stock. I finally found one at $20 more than I originally purchased it for. Very poor service at this company!!!"

"Do not, I repeat do not order from this company. I ordered two halloween costumes on Oct 20th, was charged for them and have never received them. Paypal will not refund money. All emails to any of the email addresses listed being returned (except with paypal - no response), fax number on website doesn't go through and have yet to talk to anyone with this company because the customer service number keeps you on hold forever. I'm talking longer than 30 minutes. So, as Halloween has come and gone was left without costumes and left without my money. Do not order from this company!!!!"

"Absolute JOKE of a company! STAY AWAY! I ordered a toddler halloween costume last Monday(25th) with two day shipping hoping to get it by Wed 27th. I received a conformation email but no tracking number so contacted via email and no response. Finally I got a customer service rep on Tuesday morning to check the status of my order. I was told that there was no record of my order(which was annoying) but once I wouldn't be charged fine. The rep told me point blank that I would, and could not be charged as there was no order on file. I proceeded to buy the costume elsewhere and then later that evening I get an email saying my order is on the way. Again I contact the company and get told that not only will it cost me the 2-day shipping I've paid but there will be a restocking fee REGARDLESS OF BEING TOLD THAT MY CARD WOULD NOT BE CHARGED, and they could not even waive the restocking fee. I call up today to get a reference number for my return and now I'm told that the costume cannot be returned as it was purcha"
