		"I'd give them 5 stars if order fulfillment were faster than in my case, 14 days from ordered to shipped, and if I had been emailed about status. Everything else was fine: I was notified on my shop.com order page once the shipment occurred; the shipment was by priority mail not parcel post; the product was well wrapped in a reusable bag, within a reusable box well packed with recyclable kraft paper not styro peanuts; and the correct products arrived in apparently fine condition. I would trust this merchant again."

After two weeks, called Big Edge Sports and was informed that my order was cancelled because that item was sold out. When asked why I was not notified about this, the women on the phone insisted that an email was sent out. I never received one. Bought the same item from another vendor for lower price and it was delivered to my front door in about a week. "
