My order was short 2 of the items that I ordered and I was charged an exorbitant amount for the shipping.

This company shipped my purchase to a town state and zip code with no street address I received an email indicating this and called the shipping company and was told that they needed permission from the company to change the address. I tried to call the company and the # was disconnected. So I had to drive a half hour away when I paid extra for quick shipping to go pick it up so my son would have his christmas present. I would like a refund of my shipping as I had to be inconvenienced. Thank you.
