We were disappointed to discover after making our purchase that the item we ordered was on backorder, despite the fact that it was listed as available on the site. While the emails from their customer service department have been professional, they have not been very helpful. We are still not sure when the item we ordered will available. I would ask that in the future that they keep the availability of the items on their website updated. We have not yet cancelled our order, but we are considering doing so. Thank you.

The product arrived shortly after ordering it - in a couple days. It was really great. However, because it was a tester, it didn't come with a top for the perfume and they didn't mention that in the product overview.
