I ordered a child's large costume from this site, and when I received it I was sent a child's small. It even said on the invoice "shipping" send small not large". If I wanted a small I would have ordered a small. So I called the company, was told they had a large in stock and it would be sent out to me. I shipped the incorrect costume back and a week later I got a call that they received the small but unfortunately there were no large in stock. This was after I was told the large would be sent out. This wasted valuable time and an internet search showed that most everyone was out of stock. I finally found one at $20 more than I originally purchased it for. Very poor service at this company!!! |

SLOW TO SHIP. I paid for Overnight shipping and the order arrived a week later and was NOT sent via overnight shipping inspite of the fact I paid extra to have it shipped overnight. I will NEVER do business with them again |

Do not, I repeat do not order from this company. I ordered two halloween costumes on Oct 20th, was charged for them and have never received them. Paypal will not refund money. All emails to any of the email addresses listed being returned (except with paypal - no response), fax number on website doesn't go through and have yet to talk to anyone with this company because the customer service number keeps you on hold forever. I'm talking longer than 30 minutes. So, as Halloween has come and gone was left without costumes and left without my money. Do not order from this company!!!! |
