Supposedly the contract between Shop.com and SunFriendly expired so unknown to me my order was never going to be processed. Wondering what was taking so long, I could not get a response from Shop.com so finally emailed SunFriendly to check on my order. The response was prompt, but unfortunately very unprofessional and lacking in courtesy. I had explained that my purchase was to be a birthday gift from my husband (his b-day came and went without hearing anything about my order) and would have expected a simple "We're sorry for your inconvenience, we hope you will shop with us in the future," but all I got was an explanation of why it wasn't SunFriendly's fault and if I wanted to order from them I could go to Amazon. It's fine if it wasn't their fault, but the courtesy of an apology for my inconvenience shows sensitivity towards the customer and seems like basic common sense if you want to have someone order from you in the future. I still haven't heard back from Shop.com so I'm not happy with them either |

everything worked great - only prob is I had to go out and buy additional stakes because the thin metal ones included weren't enough to hold up in the wind on the beach. Thanks |

I ordered Blue Lizzard sunscreen. I recieved a message that it had been shipped. When it didn't arrive I called and they admitted FDA problems and promised that it would be shipped that day. Helpful phone service! |
