The product was ordered on December 30, 2010. I am writing this review on January 15, 2011. The website tracking indicates I will "hoepefully" receive the product on January 17, 2011. Shop.com took payment on January 5, 2011. Serioulsly, 17 days to get product that was not on back order?

This fryer is all it is advertised to be. You can feed a crowd with ease. I cooked nonstop homemade french fries for 2 hrs for 55-60 people. The burner maintains oil temp quite well for as hard as I was pushing it. The burner design is the best,no more charred,burnt residue in the bottom of the tank (like with the old bottom burner fryers). Drain/filter oil,then wipe out the tank. That's it. Fry oil will definately last longer. When you are cranking out volumes of food,both cooks and non cooks standing by are impressed with the machine and give positive feedback. Yet, the unit is small and light enough to transport on the back of your pickup. It's on wheels and is very mobile. The only neg thing about the purchase was the shipping. Shipping is free and that's great, but,was stated that shipping would be 2-6 days. I ordered with a 9 day window from when I needed it. When tracking the shipping,I saw it would be 14 days. Cust ser was very helpful,we picked up @ truckers whs/made it work. Order well B4 you need.

I don't know the quality because I have not yet received the product. I have had a difficult time trying to talk to anyone about my purchase, and I have not even been able to cancel my order so i can go over to a store and buy it there immediately. ####y.

The exercise ball came quickly, was of good quality, the right color and size. Exactly what I ordered. Thanks!
